The Performance Ecosystem
The Pacific Institute believes that there are four elements that contribute to organisational performance: People, Leadership, Culture and Organisational Design. We believe that these four components are interconnected like an ecosystem. If you adjust one, it affects the others. Our solutions take all four factors into consideration to ensure you can truly maximize your performance.
Our flexible and experiential process makes it easy for clients to engage with us at the personal, leadership, team, or organizational levels.
- We help clients learn how self-imposed, limiting habits, attitudes and beliefs prevent them from realizing their full potential, and we challenge them to overcome these perceived obstacles.
- We also provide insights into how culture impacts the performance of organizations and their members.
- We provide coaching and support to leaders, to increase their sustainable effectiveness in both individuals and the organization.

Our Education Programs
Each of the Institute’s programs are specifically designed to increase self-efficacy, the individual’s opinion of their ability to make things happen or bring about change. Research conducted by Dr. Albert Bandura, of Stanford University, has shown that an individual’s belief in their ability to perform a task largely determines if the task will even be attempted. These beliefs drive performance in every area of one’s life and start very early in a child’s life. Exposure to these concepts positively impacts an individual’s bottom line – achievement. The Pacific Institute® stands ready to assist with the tools and skills to build self-confidence, efficacy, accountability, adaptability and higher performance.
Turning the Challenge of Change into a Competitive Advantage - A New Program for Executive Leadership. The Pacific Institute’s® newest education was Lou Tice’s last project. We feel HeadCoach® is one of our most powerful transformational individual and leadership curricula.
Investment in Excellence®
The Pacific Institute® believes that people are the cornerstone of organizational success, and Investment in Excellence® develops this most valuable asset, providing the skills, knowledge and application to cause a change in what organizations and individuals actually accomplish.
Thought Patterns For High Performance 3.0®

Our Assessment Service
Fundamentally, at The Pacific Institute®, we help individuals, teams and organizations realize their potential. A key component of this is an understanding of one’s current reality and possessing a clear picture of the future. Our Assessment Services are designed to provide these individuals, teams and organizations with a clear picture of where they currently are and allow them to define where they want to be, utilizing academically-sound and industry-leading assessment tools. Our assessments measure the components of performance that have been learned through habits and routines, identifying aspects of behaviour that can be transformed.
We’ve moved well beyond the simple measurement… to a complete process for understanding and accepting the gap in performance and the development of a path forward to close the gap and realize the vision
Maximizing Leadership Performance
The Pacific Institute Canada’s Maximizing Leadership Performance Package utilizes the Leadership Alignment™ process to understand how leadership impacts people, culture and organizational performance.
Our Maximizing Leadership Performance provides three levels of assessment:
What are the collective expectations for your organization? Depending on cultural expectations, they can either help elevate performance beyond what was thought possible by creating an adaptive culture or hold the organization back from realizing its true potential by having a constraining culture. The Pacific Institute® often describes culture as an intense invisible force that exists to perpetuate itself. Through the assessment process, we take the invisible (culture), and make it visible.
A key driver of culture is leadership. Through our assessment process you will realize the impact that you are having on the culture. Are you contributing to adaptive expectations or are you contributing to more constraining expectations?
The leaders and cultures that you have been exposed to throughout your life have shaped your own personal approach. Assessing your individual approach provides you with the ability to see how the current culture has impacted your thinking and behaviour. Based on the findings, you can then decide what aspects about your approach are helping you reach your potential, and identify other areas that are holding you back. '
